Dene Park Estate

The Dene Park Estate is a limited company and each householder is a shareholder. The current service charge of £30 per month covers the following:

• care and maintenance of the public areas on the estate

• Painting of exterior woodwork/UPVC cleaning every four years

• services of a registered accountant  - oversees estate finances, chases debts, publishes yearly company accounts

• Occasional work on the estate for which the estate is responsible (eg pathways)
